During the Fitter and Faster Tour swimmers learned and practiced the essentials of fast and smart freestyle and breaststroke swimming from Olympic Freestlyer Kara Lynn Joyce and breaststroker Scott Weltz! These Olympic Clinicians took 118 swimmers through drills the Olympians mastered and taught what to focus on in their strokes and make big improvements in technique. It was an amazing opportunity for the entire Pensacola Swimming Community and SEASTARS was honored to help bring the Tour to Pensacola.
